I worked with the Mobile team (App and web) to increase repeat bill engagement in the first 7 days after download, collaborating closely with the Product Manager to brainstorm ideas.
Our business goals were to improve user retention, drive growth, and increase our total payment volume – one of Papaya’s key metrics.
